Chelsea Churchill is a Program Administrator for Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas in Austin, Texas (CACTX), providing programmatic guidance and technical assistance for Texas CACs. Chelsea serves as a project manager for the Texas statewide case management system (Collaborate) implementation, and is the primary liaison between CACTX and new/developing CAC programs in Texas. Chelsea joined the CACTX team in 2013. Prior to joining CACTX, Chelsea began her work in this field at the National Children’s Alliance in Washington D.C. A native of Virginia, Chelsea earned her BA in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
