Expert Presenter: Bill Fulbright is the elected County Attorney in Ravalli County, Montana. Sexual and physical abuse crimes against children comprise most of his prosecution caseload. He has worked with child sexual abuse victims testifying at trial as young as 4 years old, and has prosecuted child physical abuse on behalf of victims as young as 7 weeks old. He is a founding member of the area’s first Multi-Disciplinary Team, its Children’s Advocacy Center, and the local CASA program.
Bill regularly trains prosecutors, law enforcement, and health care providers on investigating and prosecuting child abuse, and received Montana’s 2007 Prosecutor of the Year recognition. Bill is a 1988 graduate of Willamette University School of Law and Graduate School of Management. For recreation, he coaches high school basketball.
