|Watch Now||Inquiring Minds Want to Know: Are Teams Asking All the Right Questions?||Maggi Hutchason, MEd||90 minutes|
Brief Overview: How would you describe the culture of your team, board, or committee meetings? Are people willing to take risks, go the extra mile ...or afraid any new ideas will be stomped out? In this session, we’ll discuss researched techniques for creating an environment where opinions are valued and questions welcomed with a focus on the importance of collaborative communication to solve problems and protect children.
